Basically, do the investing gods recommend dumping everything into a SP500 index fund for 401k? I am 27 with high risk tolerance and max out my contributions at this time. When I tried researching this online, I mostly was hit in the face with ads and blogs that do not appear trustworthy. I also limit myself to only very low expense index funds.
