But the reason it doesn't matter, is that regardless of whether you're going from a 2.7, a 3.5, a 5.7, or a 6.1 to a 3.6, or 5.7, it will cost more to do that the 2005 300 is worth. Off the top of my head, you'll need to swap the Touring engine harness and PCM over, and it'll take a little bit of work to mate the 3.5 to the 300C exhaust.
