You will need tetra pills (multi's will help also) If you can get your vitals into the white this will also help. Plus stay warm. Try and save the tetra pills until you have 7 to 10 and also some multis. Vitamins are your best friend along with disinfecting spray. I take 2 vitamins every hour (in game). If someone else is around you sick take vitamins as well. If your cold take 2. And to cure it take 2 of each..tetrocicaline, codene, charcoal, vitamins. It works everytime for myself.
