Dark Moon Greatsword looks better aesthetically, but that's it. The weapon art is fine, really good if you want to copy Link from Zelda. But it's also locked behind a very lengthy quest line with a lot of steps. The intelligence requirement feels like it's harder to fit into more varied builds, but that's probably just me.

Dark Moon Greatsword isn't really a hybrid weapon as it doesn't scale well with strength. You would get the best value by increasing intelligence all the way to 80 with the minimum strength requirement (16) before considering leveling strength. Before getting it though you can use any magic infused weapon.
