11 Posts. I finished my NCLEX by 97 questions at around 10 o'clock this morning in MA and did the PVT at 3pm. I put in the correct credit card number and correct CVC, only input the wrong exp date. I did not get the good popup, nor I got the warning that credit card was declined. I got the Pearson VUE Confirmation of Payment via email.I, myself did not get the good pop up, it was ambiguous (I don’t remember the exact pop up). Already wasn’t feeling confident, and I had finished in 145 questions. I tried twice and got the same pop up. I ended up passing. Don’t keep trying the trick, you got this far and you don’t need to keep stressing yourself after all this work.

5. [deleted] • 2 yr. ago. That’s definitely good! It’s pretty much foolproof. If it shuts off at 75 with the good pop up, you passed. It’s very rare for it to shut off at 75 with a fail. It will usually give you more questions/chances. I would be interested to know that statistics of passing/failing at 75.

I just tested today and received the good pop-up. Based on most (if not all) the threads here and other forums, I think we are in the clear. Don't think there would be a difference whether it is a weekday or weekend, or even a holiday weekend.

If your attempt to reregister results in a popup saying "You have recently registered for this exam," then you passed. AFAICT this is always accurate, and I've been paying attention to it for years. It looks like the trick had changed. I took NCLEX-RN yesterday, got cut off at 85q. In 3 hrs tried the PVT. Regardless the correct vs incorrect CVV and exp. date the website will refer you to you bank to send a confirmation text.
