Litter robot green with flashing red.
Got my Litter robot yesterday and have a similar issue. Brand new out of the box it flashes just like yours, but mine is solid blue then solid white. I have a ticket open, but it is going nowhere. Bizarrely enough even when it is flashing like it is, I can push the wifi connect button and add the robot in the whisker app on my phone.

You can try to clean the 2 green circuit boards and the 2 plastic brackets of the DFI sensor using isopropyl alcohol and a Q-Tip to remove any rust or dust from them. If that didn't help, the DFI sensor will have to be replaced first in order to make the robot functional again.
