Dear community, I use a 16-bit 28-pin Starter Kit (PICkit 4) with a dsPIC33FJ128MC802 and program it with the MPLAB X IDE v5.45. However, everything works fine when nothing is attached to the external pin headers on the board - programming and debugging works as expected with the programs I've written so far.
