It's completely normal for a game using a different new style and only for handheld the fps change anyway, where it's less noticiable. A 60 to 30 drop is extremely noticeable, regardless of screen size. It's not a drop from 60 to 30 fps. The target fps for handheld is 30, while the target fps for docked is 60. lol.
In handheld you have 720p window with DR between 540p and 720p. In docked you have 1080p window with DR between 720p and 900p. So if you are using docked mode in handheld, you're downscaling window resolution to 720p which means you will get not clean image, but approximation. Best way to do it with ryujinx is have the xci file of totk and instead of getting the 30fps mod just switch to handheld mode instead of docked and under graphics settings turn fxaa on for post processing I believe. This is def not the best settings for performance. This might be specific to your Legion Go (or maybe even mine) but 2.0 is working perfectly fine for me as well as about 10 different mods. No crashes and generally running at 30 fps consistently, sometimes even going as high as 35-40.
