Ironically, rosewood has some millitary related spots. To the north of the town, you'll find a small barracks, you'll mostly find clothing there, but it will I cludevthe military backpack, which is the best in the game. If you're lucky, you might find some ammo and magazines, but the only gun I've ever found was a 1911.
I drove up to the secret military base expecting to find it stocked with camo zombies, automatic rifles, fuel stocks etc, after the long and winding maze through the forest to get to it, and was woefully disappointed. There's a military base in the woods left of Rosewood, but the top left of the map, west of Riverside, is pretty empty. I hear there's a new empty town with some construction sites, but I haven't heard of anything military. -2. I've seen this base way out in the forest on the top left of the map.
However if you turn some sheets or clothes into sheet rope, have a few nails on you, and a hammer, then you can use a window to nail and throw the rope down to climb out. Research facility aka the "secret" military base southwest of Rosewood. The only thing secret about that place is how to get rid of all the zombies on the way there. I wish there were B-52s in this game. I would go find one, load it with WP and drop it on those woods. 0 comments.
