Set the gpu to 900mhz (not powertools, just in the normal settings) Cryoutilities 2.0 also helps in my opinion. Made botw playable at mostly 30 fps for me. Sometimes mods help, e.g.: 60fps patch for link's awakening. Basically everything I mentiones helps a little bit - a lot with all of it together.
