I have been having an issue with my truck the last couple weeks where the 4 hi and 4 lo lights come on and blink while the ABS and Traction Control light stay solid. Seems to be a common issue but cannot pinpoint a solution. I believe the truck will still go into 4 high but it will not go into 4 low when the lights are on.
