Instead of making a bunch of match types that equal 100%, make them equal like 90% and add 1 on 1 and 2 on 2 a second time at like 5% each. You will now have a 10% chance of a title fight being booked ...Personally I treat Universe Mode as a career mode or season mode where I only focus on a couple of wrestlers at a time.
