I typically just run around the nameless city with a thrall and plenty of food killing skeletons. :) You can pick up fragments of power while doing it. :) You'll probably not be able to level up really fast unless you have some experience with the game and know how combat works though.
What are your preferred healing items, from started to end game? I think the healing/numbing wraps are best because you get 3 per craft and don't have to add on alchemical base farming just to heal. There is a current bug when using the Knowledge Potion. Sometimes it doesn't reset the knowledge points, it is a known issue. As for skill points, there is no way other then starting your character over or being an admin. People have said you have to craft the yellow lotus potion which I did and drank but it didn't do anything.
i use concentrated aloe extract & feast of jhebbal sag. aloe extract with 40 vit heals almost half my lifebar, around 200ish hp iirc. feast heals for 17hp/s but has no animation, very good for horseback & in combat healing. Aloe potions are 10 aloe in a cauldron. 7 if you get a lvl 2+ alchemist. Mitra temple can make a healing dish. Eating cooked meat is the best very early option. It's not ideal but you can get up and running with a cauldron and aloe pretty quickly before that early healing becomes too much of a pain.
