After installation for first 2-3 days I got HBO and now it stopped. I was chatting with support and they said HBO is NOT the part of package. I have my order screenshot which says that HBO is included and also on verizon website, the package for Extreme HD shows "HBO is included in package". Now they are not adding that back to my account.
