No it doesnt but it goes from a 2/10 to a solid 4/10 only by adjustibg the settings.First, you will need to enable the Xbox game bar in the windows settings. It's pretty easy, press the win key, search for settings, and once there on the settings window search game bar and enable it. I've got both traction and stability control enabled. I'd say disable the assists and dial in a custom tune yourself. Try a FWD car and see if the same thing happens. Oversteer should be a car issue, not your steering wheel. It's pretty easy to fix with race sway bars and adjustable suspension.
