To access my email using a client (like Thunderbird) on my computer, I must use "incoming.yahoo.verizon.net" and "outgoing.yahoo.verizon.net".When I signed into my account online, it says "Your account has been disconnected. You have no payment due at this time." My account has been on autopay and kept current. I did not receive any warning or even a notification. I did not request any changes to be made to my account. I can't get any ans... Nobody in Verizon has been able to fix it for months. They even had the audacity to tell me to replace all 5 computers and two cell phones. The issue is this.
