Try undoing each of the 3 bolts at the back of the door, squirt generous amount of lubrication and try open/closing and reset. IF the issue comes back, then you will have to pull the latch out, test the switches and see if any of the 2 replaceable switches are bad or need to be more accurate in squirting lubrication. Like.
