At 10:30 am, deer would keep appearing until the ai locked up and they wouldn't react. There would be about 40-50 deer just standing around.
Only thing I did was hunt in Vurhonga for a few days, came back for ducks and my population in Layton was better. I'm on XB1, not had any problems but I have noticed I'm spotting more animals at new need zones. Seeing ducks on the lakes without having to call them or use decoys too. I don't know how to fix it without messing up the rest of the game because Layton Lake is ok other than some of the missions. Check the south area in Hirschfelden. Dont't kill to much animals to save the need zones. Leveling in this area was very easy. Roe Deer, Wild boar and Fallow deer everywhere.
