Installing gshade.
Follow the installation wizard and select The Sims 4 as the game you want to install Gshade for. Set the folder for saving screenshots. Move the downloaded presets to the G-Shade presets folder. Start the game and wait for G-Shade to load (it might take longer the first time). Open the G-Shade settings menu.
