Since 2017, I paid Humana about $700/per for Medigap that includes dental. In the last year, I needed three filling due to enamel cracks. Humana paid $0 benefit. The reason for exclusion is that my dentist uses a different, but better fill material that what is covered. Humana only covers “Amalgam/Composite” fillings.
