Is this the LA125, with the Briggs engine? If it is, locate the magneto on the outside of the flywheel. It has one small wire on it. That is the kill wire, remove this small wire and test for spark. If no spark, the magneto/coil is bad. If you have spark, the kill wire is shorted or the key switch is faulty. Probe the starter side, set the brake, and activate starter normally. If the test light lights, starter or CRS or battery are suspect. Remove spark plugs. If still will not spin, starter bad.
