I have a Knight wolverine and it seems that I have lost my breach plug and thought this might be a good time to convert to purchase the conversion to 209 primers kit since I have to buy a new breach plug anyways. MK85 is probably correct. If you do not find the 209 conversion I do have a musket cap conversion for that rifle in the reloading room. I actually think I have a Musket cap and a percussion cap plunger. Dec 31, 2015 · My Wolverine 209 has the 209 conversion kit already. I have also bought the conversion kit so that I can shoot both forms of ignition. It loves to shoot 100 grains of 777 FFg and any sabot in the 285-300 grain area. Honestly never shot anything in the 250 grain range with this rifle.

The Wolverine is a great basic plunger action rifle. Accurate and easy to use. Using 209 ignition is not the best thing in the world just from a safety factor.
