yes. The only time it’s worse is when you forget how to kill enemies; if you actually use your gun it’s the best deck by a lot. It's way better than anarchist but stoic is better than leech. It's pretty much tied with Stoic as the most broken decks in the game (Altough Stoic is probably a little bit better).

Leech is a strong perk deck, capable of carrying any setup. I've even seen people with no skill points used at all and still doing well because of how good Leech is. That strength is what makes it a fun deck, allows for a lot of experimentation and for a multitude of playstyles. Take this build, toy with it, make it your own.

Frenzy drops it to 124.2, but Partners in Crime aced brings it up to 161.46 with a hostage, if I did my math correctly.
