I also found that there was a small divet where the metal of the …(high sodium-slight potassium elevation) This evening, I tore down the upper I/M and retorqued the LIM. Bolts 1-2-3-4 all were under torqued. I had checked to see that all bolts were at 11 ft lbs and discovered those were loose. They were then torqed to 11ft lbs.
