It's a Sears model 43-103, 19811, aka a Marlin 81. Some mild wear and a few dings, but it's rust free and in remarkable condition for a 50+ year old. Also has a nice peep site.

11 posts · Joined 2010. #1 · Nov 13, 2010. I Picked up a model 81 marlin tube feed bolt action. I am having issues with no shells feeding into the cartridge carrier from the tube. If I push down about 3 or 4 mm it will slide a round into the carrier no problem and it then loads into the chamber and ejects fine.
