Dec 20, 2018 · I have problem with POE+ negotiation. I have WS-C2960X-48FPS-L and several POE+ devices (AMX N2412A encoders, BSS-Audio BLU-50 etc.). When I connect them to the port they power on but only with 15.4W, I guess so they doesn't work, obviously. They work with SG300-10MPP fine. I have tried: power inline static max 3000. power inline consumption 3000. First, power off your Gateway. b. Then disconnect the Zigbee communication kit from the USB port of your Gateway, wait for 10 seconds, and then connect it back. c. Power your Gateway back on and wait for 15 minutes for the Zigbee communication kit to re-establish a connection with the System Controller in your system.
