The one other thing to keep in mind is that your truck wont necessarily defuel if you do exceed one of those settings. All the H&S does if you exceed one of those settings is drop a power level. If you are already on "stock", it cant go any lower so it wont defuel. 2008 F350 ZF6 daily driver.

Usually when raw oil is coming out the exhaust it means oil is not being burned in the combustion chamber and lead to oil leaking AFTER the combustion chamber i.e. turbo problems. Now if you are low on oil and its blue smoke then 99% its the injector o rings. I traced out the wires on the 1999 F350 I was working on in the thread link below, and have found the wire color coding to match up to other years, up to '01. I assume the Excursion wiring would be the same. For what you are wanting, just save your money. $1000 isn't worth the few ponies you'll get. If you were going to use way bigger injectors and turbo (s) I would say go for it. A ported intake manifold would be better money spent, or getting the heads ported and gasket matched. David.

With you Superchips, scan for codes, and see if anything serious shows up. Many people say the FICM, but you can do a search on here, and when you test it with an ohmeter, it should read 48volts. There is a upgraded one you can buy that will put out 56volts I believe.Apr 9, 2008 · I installed the AGR Ford Super pump. It's for 99.5-2004 7.3L PSD. It costs $240 at autozone and you don't pay shipping. It is basically a OEM pump that has been rebuilt by AGR and has a new support bracket, mounting bracket and larger resivoir and puts out 1500psi at 4GPM which is substantially better than the OEM pump. Generally, the ICP sensor will fail by the time it leaks any amount of oil to be noticeable. I would be leaning more towards a gasket being broke somewhere at the rear of the engine.
