I think I have quiet bpd (hyper-functioning bpd) because I have a very hard time showing or telling people that i'm struggling. I texted my friend in the middle of an episode and while she was very supportive, I felt very guilty and regretful afterwards like didn't need to tell her that because I was just being dramatic.
