If the fuel pressure is low, the check the fuel pressure regulator and see if it's sticking. The fuel pump may not be coming on crating a loss of fuel pressure at the fuel rail. If there is fuel pressure, spark, and air, then the mass air flow sensor (MAF) might be malfunctioning or dirty. Remove the MAF and clean it with an electrical cleaner.
1) To find why the engine won't start, remove the air inlet tube from the throttle body, push the throttle open and spray a small amount of aerosol starting fluid into the engine. Crank the engine. If it has spark and compression but NO FUEL, it will start and run a few seconds before dying.

To begin though, shoot some starter fluid down the air filter intake while cranking it over, if it starts and dies you have fuel problem. If nothing happens then its a spark problem. Diagnosis saves $$$$.
