Never owned a choke tub wrench, no sense in buying one. A quarter works fine. I have never needed any extra leverage, I just use a plain quarter. To get more leverage, take a quarter, clamp it with a plier/vise grip. Try that, use some penetrating oil in between the choke and the barrel if needed. There could be many different chokes in it.
