Every other raid has at least 2 weapons not worth keeping. DSC is probably close second. Vow and dsc hands down utility wise. Looks wise scourge imo. It has one of the best LFR's with Bait and Switch Cataclysmic. Deliverance is currently the only craftable fusion in the kinetic slot and it gets some pretty nice rolls.
