You can see in the screenshot that the scythe attacks 20% slower, has a much lower max hit, and a much lower accuracy than the partisan. If it didn't factor in the 75% dps boost then the shown dps would likely be closer to half that of the pattisan, but instead it's only slightly lower.I mean I don't 100% disagree with the sentiment, but I'm totally fine with players not getting all 3 below 50 kc, if jagex wanted them to be freebies they'd have given you the gems along with the keris partisan when you finished the beneath cursed sands quest.
