Scratch has the lowest chance of zombification, then laceration in the middle, and a bite is guaranteed zombification. A scratch is a scratch, a laceration is a big scratch and a bite is a bunch of small scratches. They all have a small chance to have infecting zombie goop on them but a bite is guantenteed. Bad luck, mate.
