Honestly an 88 or Mossberg 500 with the field barrel and rifled sight slug barrel will let you hunt almost anything. Some people prefer a shorter barrel with rifle sights for turkey that definitely makes sense, but there's nothing wrong with the 28" field barrel. Either one should be a winner.

870 if you can snag an older wing master (my personal favorite pump gun). Even some of the older express models are fine.
