The RAV4 interior is a lot more "basic" than the CR-V. It's well done and it looks decent, but it's far from the luxury look of the CR-V. It has more space inside, at least visually speaking, I didn't measure anything. The visibility is much better and the transmission is so, so much better than the Honda.

Go with the corrolla. RAV4 Hybrid. It's physically shorter by a couple of inches front to back than the Corolla, which makes maneuvering in the city easier. The suspension will handle bad roads better than the Corolla. It's much quieter and doesn't give much up on MPG to the Corolla. The cost difference between Hybrid Limited and Prime is around $10,000. For this money you can purchase 2500 gallons. (assume $4/gallon). You would need to drive the Prime for 100,000miles (@40 mpg) before amortizing the investment. However the Hybrid is noisy with a Poor quality passenger seat.
