Verizon FIOS 3 different model Tivos getting this channel is not authorized v58 for channels from 340 to 363 (starz, encore, indie, retro). Verizon has sent signal to the cards we have rebooted everything at the house.

Try disconnecting the power cable, CableCARD, and the coax cable from the DVR for 10 seconds. Check if there are physical damages on TiVo CableCARD slot and the CableCARD.
