Try the shoe trees from ikea. Those help stretch them a lil. Also, a heel insert from Walmart. I just tie them up and make them slip ons. it usually breaks the heel in really good because I have to stretch it myself to slip it on. After a day or two they just slip on as if they were slip-ons this works on all vans.
