Washington state became the next state to grant diploma privilege in June 2020. Their eligibility requirements stated that the law graduate must be registered for the July 2020 bar exam, but unlike Utah, they simply need to have graduated from an ABA-accredited law school—regardless of the school's bar passage rate.
