I’ve killed Evethra and read her journal, I got the notification in the top left corner of the screen saying I can craft new items in Glass and Ebony, I’ve completed Restoring Order, I have smithing level 80 and both the Glass and Ebony smithing perks, I have refined amber and madness ingots in my inventory. To unlock Madness Smithing and Madness Ore, complete the following Saints & Seducers quests: “Balance of Power” – Obtained by talking to Ri’saad about the trouble the Khajiit Caravans are having on the road. “Restoring Order” – Obtained by completing the “Balance of Power” quest. “Amber and Madness Smithing” – Obtained ...
