How often do Vendor bots refresh stock (not caps, but stock)? I know caps are every 24 hours, but I can't find online how often they refresh their actual stock. I've visited Harper's Ferry's bot for the Modern Cloth Chairs plans 3 days in a row now and nothing. The wiki says that's the only place to buy them.
There is a vendor in the white spring refuge next to the nuka cola shop. He trades stamps for plans from the pitt. On average you need about 200 stamps to buy a single plan. There are cheaper plans, but 200 is the average. Once a week you are supposed to be able to earn one free unknown plan from a expedition. But it seems buggy.The cheaper the stamps you buy, the smaller the loot pool gets and you won’t have to spend more stamps on something that will drop anyway. it requires lot less grind than previously, the cost in stamps has been reduced, it's 300 stamps per piece. Especially now with the 2 new expeditions, you get 15 stamps in less than 10 minutes easily. If you intend to use it, it's not worth the grind imo, it's no a great armor but as a collector, i'm glad having and no regret grinding for it.
