Version 1.36.0 was released and includes the new jfrog rt dotnet command. You can read more about it here. We're really looking forward to your feedback for the new functionality. We'd like to make sure JFrog CLI's integration with the Dotnet Core CLI is flawless. Thank you very much! .NET Core support is working for us as expected!

JFrog CLI: jfrog rt u --explode=true --props="..." <path to zip> <repo name> JFrog CLI Response: [Error] [Thread 2] Artifactory response: 403 Forbidden When attempting the same with a user that has Delete/Overwrite permissions the requests work fine, but they overwrite any existing packages and all those package's metadata.after running the command "jfrog rt dl –spec download_spec.json" . But it could download through jfrog rt dl "filename".. not working with filespec.

I assume that you are using the Artifactory with self-signed certificates. You should add these certs in the JFrog CLI, kindly refer to this JFrog wiki for more insights. Place the certificates inside the security/certs directory, which is under JFrog CLI's home directory

Setting JFrog CLI version. By default, the JFrog CLI version set in action.yml is used.
