More xp per bar = 14:14 More xp per hour = 10:18. I use 19 steel 9 Mith, 10k gp and 15-20kxp per sword. Iv tried addy/Mith, it just made the process longer and didn’t reward much more gp or xp (actually lose money) with Mith/steel 9:19 I actually was making profit. Currently 80 smithing and im getting mixed answers.

Most Giants' Foundry moulds are often not worth it. I've done some basic maths for the best moulds, only the 3 highest level moulds seem at all worth it unless you are going for XP. In order for the Fleur de blade to be worth it in terms of points, you have to get ~4 mil xp (assuming that you're getting 20k xp per sword).
