Additionally, you'll need to contact service to get it programmed for your vehicle. FYI Rivian can drive to you and program the keycards using mobile service I think. They did program a wrist band for me that way. Probably the same thing can be done for key card. Guy was programming my wrist band using a laptop and cloud connection. But why did you not have 2 key cards given to you at the time of delivery?
