Everything in this build is made with the endgame in mind. It is best suited for proving grounds or a TVHM play through, but is decent to great, depending on your gear, at soloing bosses as well. Anyway, I'll stop rambling and get on with it. The Short Version (TLDR): Get a phasezerker class mod. Copy these skills.

Mod gives +2 to Anima and +3 to clarity plus full stacks (25 with the below build) upon use. At 25 stacks you get 250% cooldown rate reduction and 75% gun damage. Mine also gives 18% damage reduction, +1666 shields, and 34% shield recharge rate.
