I usually max mobility and either discipline or strength first depending on which ability I rely on more. Then T5 resilience and as much recovery as I can after. Focus for either discipline or strength (depending on your build), that way you can get spikes in the top three stats, which you can kind of pick which one is to your benefit. Now depending how much natural recovery/mobility your armor has this is where you decide how to distribute those mods. Other than that...well just hope you get good rolls on your armor.
