If you are experiencing the lever falling off, the set screw is still in the shaft. If you remove the lever and on one side of the shaft there is a hole and the other side there is a silver button. That silver button is the set screw. Place the lever back on to the shaft, using a 3/32 hex wrench tighten the screw through the lever and shaft.

The set screw for the outside handle is INSIDE the barrel on the OTHER side of the visible hole in the outside handle. The hole in the handle lets you insert a LONG 6 sided hex wrench into the hole in the handle AND the hole in the round barrel until it seats into the the set screw. This knob is difficult to install even though the packaging says "easy to install ". The screws are impossible to get to with a regular screwdriver. Company needs to let buy know that you need a right angle screwdriver to install. Would return the ones I bought but now the black surface is scratched from trying to install.
