Sooo it’s February 2023 and I am still having this issue on Madden 23 Game Pass. I had my Xfactor ability for the first season and now it never works. Unrated. Selfless has not been properly tested and evaluated for Madden 24. When Selfless players are making plays their teammates are motivated to perform better. When they enter the zone, all on field teammates enter the zone as well. Soooo there are two possibilities! 1st, did you upgrade your Staff using Staff points to unlock Xfactors? If not do this and that should solve your issue. The 2nd issue I haven’t solved is my Rookie player in season 2 is an Xfactor in the menus but not in a game. I can’t find a fix for this one.
