It wasn't infection tho, just "bite", the infection note doesn't appeared to me. Infection notice is just the regular wound infection you can get if the wound is not treated appropriately.

"Bite" is a type of wound, if you have all infection settings off then you won't be infected with the Zombie virus. There is a difference between Zombie infection and normal wound infection though. If you have no infection enabled then a bite will still cause a bad wound and may show as "Infected" but you won't actually turn into a zombie.magicmarktogo.
