I thought of a steam-thrower that uses boiling hot steam to scald victims. It has no afterburn, but it wets enemies and its airblast also uses steam, so it deals a small bit of damage itself. It can also wash Jarate and Mad Milk off teammates as well as clear away afterburn with both primary and secondary fire.

For most of the classes, you can use the Treasure/Bounty hat. And good luck with a pirate Medic and Engineer. Demoman will be easy, just be sure to use the Loose Cannon or Bootlegger. 3. The closest thing you'll get to an alternative playstyle for Scout now is FaN, cleaver, and wrap assassin. Very fun loadout that changes a lot of how you play. You're more hit and run, and you get rewarded much more by utilising more skill than an average Scout (two projectile weapons and mastering FaN movement mechanics after all).
