While nothing like the size of the festivities in Brazil, it has been growing every year and does create lots of traffic jams. Jan 16, 2024 · Second, the city has a certain roughness. There are homeless in plain view. There are folks selling socks who can be aggressive. There is garbage, there is dog poop everywhere and a stairwell has a 50-50 chance of smelling like pee. Navigating the sidewalks is sort of an Olympic sport here. Their buses go to their terminal in BA where they have storeage lockers. The lockers are behind the ticket counter. From there their vans can take you to a not too far away location for a very low cost.
